With the motor submerged in the pumped fluid, where no oxygen is present during operation, the submerged motor pump design provided by Nikkiso Cryo provides the highest level of safety.

The design uses a common shaft between the motor and the pump section that removes the need for a rotating seal, which eliminates the possibility of hazardous gases leaking into the atmosphere.

In addition, the terminal header, which provides connections for the power cables to penetrate through a static seal from the pumped fluid to the external conduit section, is certified for use in hazardous areas for the safest installation possible.

The Gutor™ PXC industrial UPS system is designed for industrial segments to meet applications in harsh environments (e.g., high temperature, dust, seismic and vibration areas, or uncontrolled switch gear rooms). The robust UPS system is built into a Schneider ElectricTM industrial low-voltage switchgear cabinet, the Sarel Spacial SF. 

The compact Gutor PXC works effortlessly with your facility monitoring systems and offers full and clear industrial design, standard high protection class (IP 42), as well as seismic design for 1 g and a wide temperature range from -10 °C up to 55 °C. With full-front service access and back-tothe-wall installation, the Gutor PXC is one of the easiest UPSs in its class to deploy, install, and maintain. Different from other Gutor UPS systems, this offer has been standardized for very short delivery time.

The Gutor MDC rectifier/battery charger can be easily scaled to accommodate for future changes in load requirements. If more power is needed or additional consumers are added to the system, new modules can be simply plugged into empty slots to meet the new needs. This allows the performance of the system to grow in line with the requirements of the user, thereby reducing the initial investment. Different types of modules can also be combined and added to a system, making the Gutor MDC rectifier/battery charger highly flexible and able to meet changing requirements.

Tokyo Boeki Marine Loading Arm

Marine loading arms were first made commercially available in 1956 by US company Chiksan Corporation. Until this point, rubber hoses were the main method used for fluid loading and unloading on ships, but loading arms have eliminated concerns regarding extension or bending, improving the safety and efficiency of loading and unloading operations, and enabling smooth, rapid operations even in difficult conditions. 

Loading arms are now consequently used in ports around the world for many of these operations. Our marine loading arms support small through to very large tankers, and can handle loading and unloading operations for cryogenic liquids such as LNG (-162°C) through to materials with high melting points such as molten sulfur (120°C) and asphalt (180°C), as well as sulfuric acid and caustic soda, or slurries combining solids with liquids.

Our loading arms are still in use 50 years after their installation, and have proved themselves to have outstanding functionality and durability.
